When will my order arrive and what does it cost to ship my order?

You can track your order at any time online via our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

We offer two convenient shipping methods: 2-Day Delivery and Next-Day Delivery.

Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days.

NOTE: All deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO and P.O. boxes are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and all APO/FPO and P.O. boxes, please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations.

Noblag E-Gift Cards are delivered via email only, typically on the same day of purchase, and are ready to use within 24 hours. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship merchandise ordered on Noblag.com to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam and to APO/FPO boxes. We do ship internationally.

Do you ship orders to multiple addresses?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

What is Affirm?

Affirm is a service that allows you to shop now and pay later, interest-free. With Affirm , your purchase will be split into 4 payments every two weeks. Affirm is available in the US, Canada, and Australia.

How do I use Affirm?

To shop online with Affirm, add items to your cart and select Affirm as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Affirm account (with decision within seconds) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. All items in your shopping cart must be eligible for Affirm.

Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license. For licenses and disclosures, see affirm.com/licenses. For example, a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR or 4 interest free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Affirm?

What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at Noblag.com, you cannot make changes. Please place a new order for the correct size or color and return the order with the wrong size or color.

What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return or exchange the purchase?

You have two options for returning merchandise purchased online. All returns of online orders must be returned within 90 days from the day the order was purchased.


All exchanges of online orders must occur within 30 days from the day the order was purchased.

You can exchange items purchased at Noblag.com. You will need your packing slip at the time of exchange. Exchanges cannot be facilitated by mail. Exchanges are subject to inventory available.

Can I return items purchased on sale?

All swimwear, underwear, altered or custom-made merchandise and sale items are considered Final Sale.

What will it cost me to make a return?

It doesn’t cost anything to return the merchandise. You can call Noblag customer service at (866) 413 -3183 to get a return label and drop the package at any US Postal Service office, drop box, residential mailbox, or visit USPS.com to schedule a free pick up.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

If you are returning any item that was in whole or in part paid for using a E-Gift Card, the amount contributed to the payment via E-Gift Card will be credited to you via a new E-Gift Card.

How long does it take to process my return?

It takes 2-3 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
