RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We are sure that you will be satisfied with your Noblag's purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Noblag's online return policy is stated below.
You will not be charged for use of the return label. To print a return label click the button below.
Noblag's Return Policy
Noblag's will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or Noblag's will issue a Gift Card, at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions are met:
- The merchandise must be returned within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the inovice or on the item's product page.
- The merchandise must be in its original, unworn, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
- The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original Noblag's Receipt or the original Noblag's Proof of Purchase Label. (Proof of Purchase information is included on the packing slip for all Noblag's Direct orders.)
- If the merchandise is footwear, it must be accompanied by its original box.
- The merchandise is not a personalized item or a clearance item marked down 65% or more.
Please Note: All merchandise tags should remain attached.
Follow these instructions to send return back
We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Noblag’s offers a return label you can print from your computer and attach to the return package.
- Re-pack your returns along with your receipt. You may use the original box.
- Affix the return label to the box (or click here to print a Return Label). Be sure to cover or remove any previous labels.
- Drop your return at any USPS (U.S. Mail) location.
Your refund should process within 2-10 business days after receiving your shipment.
Please Note: No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items and clearance items marked down 65% or more cannot be returned.
The merchandise may be mailed back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping fees. If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a credit card and we credit your account, the credit will show on the statement you receive after the issuing bank applies the credit.
If you exchange merchandise, your account will be credited for the return and a sale rung for the new merchandise.
